With patented eHEPA® technology, this unit effectively filter air in a highly efficient and innovative 3-stage process, resulting in a safer work environment with a healthier breathing zone for occupants.

As contaminated air passes through the unit, the Pre-Filter, eHEPA® Filter, and Enhanced Carbon Catalytic Filter work in conjunction to collect and deactivate airborne particles; including dust, smoke, allergens, gasses, odors, and VOCs.

HealthyAir® System 3-stage process collectively utilizes the 5 filtration methods of Sieving, Direct impact, Inertial Impaction, Diffusion, and Electrostatic. 

Local Exhaust Ventilation/In-Line Air Filtration

The model HA-SCP-G5-LEV system is designed to take in contaminated air via a 4" dia. inlet (3.5" dia. inlet tube for connection to 4" dia. duct), filter contaminants, and discharge treated air via a 4" dia. exhaust port (for connection to a 4" dia. exhaust duct).

The model HA-SSC-G5-LEV system is designed to take in contaminated air via a 4" dia. inlet (3.5" dia. inlet tube for connection to 4" dia. duct), filter contaminants, and discharge treated air via a 5" dia. exhaust port (for connection to a 5" dia. exhaust duct or 4" dia. exhaust duct with a reducer).

Recirculating Ventilation

This unit is also able to be operated as a Recirculating Ventilation system to provide air purification when connected to downdraft tables or similar work stations.

Operation

The unit is equipped with fan three-speeds and operated by either remote-control or by utilizing the control panel on the face of the unit.

Maintenance of the unit is simple and does not require the use of any tools.

Filter Model & Replacement

The Healthy Air Local Exhaust Ventilation System utilizes the eHEPA Filtration Technology that consists of a Pre-Filter, eHEPA Filter, and Activated Carbon Filter.  Each unit comes with (1) pre-installed filter.

The recommend filter replacement cycle is 6 month on average.  However, the need for filter replacement naturally varies depending on the frequency and nature of use.
