Shipment Processing Time:
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Order placed before 12:00pm EST often ship the same day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or a service interruption due to events beyond our control, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped via Ground service. For expedited shipping services (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) please contact us.
Transit time for orders shipped in the US is typically 2-4 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the order being processed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Healthy Air Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages, Lost Items, Incorrect Address:
Healthy Air Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us to file a claim. Healthy Air Inc. is not responsible for shipping charges in the event that incorrect shipping information is provided. All costs to re-ship orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
